Smoke and Mirrors
They claim to have values but they promote people based on if they like you and how popular you are. The Market Leader is just horrible as he doesn't take accountability for the issues he starts and takes credit for the work the sales people do. Its not a safe place to work if you want your mental health intact. They cut our pay twice and asked for more work from sales. They are about saving their own behinds and don't care who they trample while doing it. Turnover is crazy at this company! BEWARE!!!!!!
